Chanson is one of the major owners of the 11 acre Clos des Mouches. This south-facing plot on the border of Pommard is one of the best parcels of the Beaune appellation. This Chardonnay aged 10 months in oak.

Tasting Notes:

Pale gold color. Developed nose with delicate oak, mushroom, fruit and floral aromas. A very integrated wine with complex fruit and oak flavors balanced by a long finish. Integreated and ready to drink now - very good. Great with scallops, lobster, or cheese.
