After vinification, the wine matured for 12 months on lees before bottling. Tasting Notes:Characteristic pale golden color. A seductive mineral nose with some white flower notes. The wine is medium-bodied, and very dry with crisp acidity and minerality, ending with a fruity finish on citrus. A classic simple white Burgundy offering a very good value.
