Release Notes:
The grapes are grown on south-facing vineyards of the Roero hills. The low-yield grapes undergo skin maceration before ageing (50% in oak, 50% in steel). Tasting Notes:Deep ruby red color. A delicate bouquet, with a dry, slightly tannic flavor. Ready to drink now. Pairs well with red meat, sausage and grilled meats.
