Release Notes:
Cabernet Sauvignon can take on amazing red currant, cedar, and spice character during South Africa’s long, warm growing season. Cape Haven’s Cab is aged in French and American oak barrels.
Tasting Notes:
A dark ruby colored Cabernet. One the nose, tobacco, and black pepper aromas dominate. On the palate, this wine is all about raspberry fruit with spice, leather, green pepper and earth notes. Full-bodied with a medium length finish and well-integrated wood. Drink with lamb, game, beef and cheese dishes.
