Release Notes:
The Zenith of Leclerc’s line. This prestige cuvée is a blend of Pinot Noir (50%) and Chardonnay (50%) from estate vineyards in the villages of Dizy, Cumieres, Damery, and Hautvillers. It aged for 5 years on the lees in Leclerc’s cellars before release. Cuvée Divine has beaten many more famous names, including Dom Perignon, in blind tastings. Its great concentration is a testament to Leclerc-Briant's low yield organic farming. Tasting Notes:A remarkably full-flavored bouquet of freshly-baked biscuits along with butter and almond aromas. A palate of delicate honeyed- fruit flavors that is racy and lively thanks to the Chardonnay, and full-bodied and rich thanks to the Pinot Noir. An excellent, long finish. Pair with your finest desserts and holiday celebrants. Winery:A small Champagne house whose focus is on quality and tradition. Records show the Leclerc family tending vines as far back as 1664.
