In 2000, they were blessed with a perfect vintage. Their red wine is a blend of Syrah (50%), Grenache (30%) and Cabernet Sauvignon (20%) that aged for 2 years in oak. This concentrated wine was a silver medalist at the prestigious Councours des Grand Vins de Mâcon.

Tasting Notes:

This wine has a pretty garnet color and an expressive nose of earth, dark berries, wild herbs and game. On the palate, the dark cherry and plum fruit attack is supple and smooth with well-integrated tannins before a spicy, dark fruit finish. A great red wine for summer, this blend is ideal with barbecue, grilled meats, chicken, game, and strong cheeses. Drink now to 2009.
