Release Notes:
Col Saliz lies in the heart of the Prosecco DOC. Its vineyards lie on a hill (col) renowned for its characteristic sandy soil, called “saliz” in the local dialect. Like all Prosecco producers, Col Saliz uses the Charmat method with tank fermentation to create the wine’s lush effervescence. Brut is their driest and most modern Prosecco. It comes from vines growing high on the hill and has the rich aromas and acidity necessary to pair with main courses and desserts. Tasting Notes:A pale straw yellow wine with very fine, persistent bubbles. The delicate floral nose has ripe peach, orange blossom and citrus notes. On the palate, the delicate mousse has citrus, pear, peach, honey and floral flavors. This very fruity sparkler is fresh and gripping and almost totally dry with refreshing acidity, persistent bubbles and a round, opulent finish with a touch of grapefruit. Great as an aperitif, this wine will also complement spicy foods and light desserts. Drink now to 2009 Country:Overview Similar Wines
